Spicy food lovers, we have a recipe for you! Today we are making Pad See Eew, a classic Thai street food dish, using LG Hor Fun, chicken, and chinese broccoli with an addictive savoury sauce. It is super easy to make!
Ingredients (for 3 servings)
250 g LG Hor Fun
150 g chicken
200 g chinese broccoli (Gai Lan)
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
2 thai chili (finely chopped)
2 tablespoons black bean sauce
2 tablespoons light soy sauce
2 tablespoons dark soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tablespoons water
Instructions
Heat a pan or a wok on high heat with oil. Start by frying garlic and chili until aromatic. Add the chicken and fry until lightly brown and followed by the chinese broccoli. Add the beaten eggs and cook. Scramble the eggs for another few seconds, breaking them up into smaller pieces. Remove everything onto a plate.
Add LG Hor Fun and sauces, toss as few times as possible to disperse seasoning, and make noodles caramelize edges. Add the chicken and vegetables back in and toss until well combined. Once the desired doneness, remove from the pan or wok.
Enjoy!
