Soy Butter Udon


Feeling tired after work and you want something quick and healthy? Try this Soy Butter Udon Recipe! You only need 10 minutes to prepare and cook. It can be your breakfast, lunch, dinner or even supper.

So let's hop right in!





Ingredients (for 1 serving)

  • 1 pack of LG Fresh Japanese Udon

  • 10g of unsalted butter

  • 2 gloves of garlic (grated)

  • 2 portobello mushrooms (thinly sliced)

  • 1/2 green capsicum (thinly sliced)

  • 1 tablespoon of japanese soy sauce

  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper

  • a dash of salt

  • a dash of sesame seeds


Instructions


  1. Heat the pan over medium heat with butter. Add grated garlic, mushrooms and capsicums and cook, stir frequently, until aromatic.

  2. Put the LG Fresh Japanese Udon in a bowl and add water to microwave. Once it's done, add the cooked udon in the pan and continue stirring. Add soy sauce, black pepper and salt. Once the desired doneness, remove from the pan. Garnish it with sesame seeds.

  3. Enjoy!
