A healthier twist to our classic Yellow Noodles, fresh pasteurised Wholegrain Noodles with a springy and chewy texture, suitable for various cooking methods!
Ingredients
Wheat Flour, Wholegrain Flour (20%), Acidity Regulator(E501i, E524), Salt, Flavor Enhancer(E508), Soybean Oil
Storage
Store in a cool & dry place. Upon opening, consume immediately or keep refrigerated.

General Cooking Directions:
From ambient condition:
Blanch in boiling water for 10-20 seconds, drain the noodles and transfer it to your desired soup base OR
Stir fry immediately with your desired seasoning and ingredients.
From chilled condition:
Cut a small slit on the packaging
Microwave at high heat for 2 minutes
Remove noodle from packaging
Enjoy it with soup broth, or loosen noodles to stir fry with your favourite ingredients
