Egg Tofu has a rich flavour, thanks to the egg. Commonly used in Chinese cooking, it requires less preparation compared to brick tofu, as no pressing is required, and it is studier than silken tofu. Egg Tofu is easy to prepare and can be eaten on its own. Some prominent dishes includes Hot Plate Egg Tofu and Stir Fry Egg Tofu with gravy.
