Freshly made traditional wanton skin, used for making wantons. Suitable to be used in soup or fried.

Wheat Flour, Egg, Acidity Regulator(E500i), Colouring(E101), Salt, Starch


Storage 

Keep frozen at -18°C. Once opened, best consumed within the day.

12 months (Keep Frozen)


General Cooking Directions:


Homemade wantons are not difficult to make! Some common ingredients of the fillings are: minced meat, chopped bak choy or vegetable of choice, chopped shrimps, ginger, with your own selection of condiments and seasonings.


Soup Wantons: Ready when wantons float up to the water's surface, about 5 minutes.

Fried Wantons: Golden brown, about 8-9 minutes.
