Description

Classic flat noodles with a firm bite and smooth texture. Suitable for dry or soup-based dishes, including traditional bak chor mee.

Ingredients

Wheat Flour, Egg, Acidity Regulator (E500i), Colouring (E101), Salt, Starch.


Storage 

Keep frozen at -18°C. Once opened, best consumed within the day.


Shelf life  

12 months (Keep Frozen)





General Cooking Directions:

  1. Boil noodles in water for 2–3 minutes or until al dente.

  2. Drain and rinse with cold water.

  3. Toss with sauce for dry version, or add to hot soup and serve.
