Silver Thread Noodles (銀針粉) or Lao Shu Fen (老鼠粉), which probably derived from its unique shape similar to the tail of a mouse. This noodle variation has always been a hit for families with children because of how easy it is for kids to eat - with just a big spoon. Our fresh, pasteurised Silver Thread Noodles is made from a rice of the finest quality to give a silky smooth feeling in the mouth and the fragrant aroma of the rice can be tasted while chewing. General Cooking Directions:

When stored in chilled temperature (0°C-4°C):

  2. Microwave at high heat for 2 minutes

  3. Remove noodle from packaging
