Mee Tai Bak 米目

Mee Tai Bak is also known as Lao Shu Fen (老鼠粉), which probably derived from its unique shape similar to the tail of a mouse. This noodle variation has always been a hit for families with children because of how easy it is for kids to eat - with just a big spoon. Our fresh, pasteurised Mee Tai Bak is made from a rice of the finest quality to give a silky smooth feeling in the mouth and the fragrant aroma of the rice can be tasted while chewing.


Ingredients

Rice, Starch, Modified Starch, Acidity Regulator(E325,E296), Soya bean Oil


Gluten Free Product.


Storage

Store in a cool & dry place. Upon opening, consume immediately or keep refrigerated.


Shelf life

1 month (Well kept for 3 months under refrigeration thereafter ambient.)
