Fresh Japanese Ramen Hakata Style

Named after a district in the city of Fukuoka, the Hakata Ramen is a regional specialty enjoyed by people internationally. It is thinner than regular noodles and easily cooked to your preferred level of doneness. 



LG Fresh Japanese Ramen (Hakata style)

  • Serves 4

General Cooking Directions

  1. Remove ramen from packaging and loosen it gently with your hands.

  2. Add ramen to boiling water, ideally one serving at a time, and cook for 50 secs or to preferred doneness.

  3. Drain well and transfer ramen to a serving bowl with your desired soup base and ingredients.
