Named after a district in the city of Fukuoka, the Hakata Ramen is a regional specialty enjoyed by people internationally. It is thinner than regular noodles and easily cooked to your preferred level of doneness.

Storage: Keep refrigerated between 0°C - 4°C
General Cooking Directions
Remove ramen from packaging and loosen it gently with your hands.
Add ramen to boiling water, ideally one serving at a time, and cook for 50 secs or to preferred doneness.
Drain well and transfer ramen to a serving bowl with your desired soup base and ingredients.

Storage: Keep refrigerated between 0°C - 4°C ( white blobs of coagulated fat may appear in the Tonkotsu soup base when refrigerated which is a normal occurrence and safe for consumption.)
General Cooking Directions
Soup Base Preparation:
Bring 360ml to a boil and empty one sachet of Tonkotsu soup base in, simmer for one minute then set the Tonkotsu broth aside.
Ramen Preparation:
Remove ramen from packaging and loosen it gently with your hands.
Add ramen to boiling water, ideally one serving at a time, and cook for 50 secs or to preferred doneness.
Drain well and transfer ramen to a serving bowl with the Tonkotsu broth and top as desired with ingredients.
