Wanton Skin made with 20% whole grain content. For healthier wantons - rich in nutrients, high in fibre and beneficial for your body. Suitable to be used in soup or fried.
Wheat Flour, Wholegrain Flour, Acidity Regulator(E501i,E500i), Flavour Enhancer(E508), Salt, Starch.
Keep refrigerated between 2°C to 7°C. Once opened, consume within the day.
General Cooking Directions:
Soup Wantons: Ready when wantons float up to the water's surface, about 5 minutes.
Fried Wantons: Golden brown, about 8-9 minutes.
To make-ahead and freeze the wantons to consume another day, place them on a parchment-lined plate, then place them in the freezer until completely frozen before transferring them to a ziplock bag. They can be cooked directly after frozen without needing to thaw, just add 1 to 2 minutes to the cooking time.
