Wholegrain Noodles 全谷熟面

A healthier twist to our classic Yellow Noodles, fresh pasteurised Wholegrain Noodles with a springy and chewy texture, suitable for various cooking methods!


Wheat Flour, Wholegrain Flour (20%), Acidity Regulator(E501i, E524), Salt, Flavor Enhancer(E508), Soybean Oil


Store in a cool & dry place. Upon opening, consume immediately or keep refrigerated.

General Cooking Directions:

From ambient condition:

  1. Blanch in boiling water for 10-20 seconds, drain the noodles and transfer it to your desired soup base OR

  2. Stir fry immediately with your desired seasoning and ingredients.

From chilled condition:

  1. Cut a small slit on the packaging

  2. Microwave at high heat for 2 minutes

  3. Remove noodle from packaging

  4. Enjoy it with soup broth, or loosen noodles to stir fry with your favourite ingredients
