Wholegrain Mee Kia 全谷面仔

A healthier spin to our classic Mee Kia, containing 20% wholegrain and higher in dietary fibre. Typically served dry as Bak Chor Mee (Minced Meat Noodles) or with wantons as Wanton Mee.

Keep refrigerated between 0°C to 4°C. Once opened, best consumed within the day.

General Cooking Directions:

  1. Remove noodles from packaging and loosen it gently with your hands.

  2. Add noodles to boiling water, ideally one serving at a time, and cook for 40-50 secs or to preferred doneness.

  3. Drain well and transfer noodles to a serving bowl with your desired soup base/sauce and ingredients.
