Fresh japanese udon, chewy in texture. Boil with your desired soup broth or stir-fry with seasoning sauce and ingredients.


Wheat flour, Salt, Emulsifier (E471,E472e), Citric Acid.


Store in a cool & dry place. Avoid direct sunlight. Upon opening, consume immediately or keep refrigerated.

6 months

General Cooking Directions:

1. Put noodles into 2 cups(300ml) of boiling water and cook for 3 minutes. 2. Add your favorite seasoning base and vegetables. 3. Serve well
