Made from LG Food’s proprietary blend of Semolina flour sourced from a 3rd generation Italian flour mill, together with locally sourced farm fresh eggs.

Keep refrigerated between 2°C to 7°C. Once opened, best consumed within the day.

Shelf life

1 month (Well kept for 3 months under refrigeration thereafter ambient.)

General Cooking Directions:

  1. In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add salt to the water.

  2. Gently separate pasta strands with your hands and add pasta to boiling water and cook for 5 minutes. Stir occasionally.

  3. Remove from heat, drain well and coat with olive oil if desired or immediately toss with your favourite sauce and serve.
